1 lemon
2 pears

2 quarts (2 liters) spring water

30. Cherry Banana Water (Kiba)

I learned this recipe in Germany, where they call it “Kiba”. It is a general name used for a mixture of cherry juice and banana nectar, which I highly recommend, by the way.

2 bananas
2 cups cherries
2 quarts (2 liters) spring water

Slice the bananas and mash them a bit. Pit the cherries. Place both ingredients in a pitcher, then pour water. Refrigerate the mixture for 5 hours. Add ice if desired.
