Korean performers are popular for a variety of reasons. One explanation is that Korea makes a lot of movies and television series. Another reason is the popularity of K-pop music, which is popular all over the world.

Many well-known Korean actors have achieved popularity for their parts in various shows over the years. And, of course, they have fandoms celebrating their wonderful abilities!

  1. Lee Jong Suk

On September 14, 1989, Lee Jong Suk was born in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. He is well-known for his work as an actor and executive because to his parts in “Romance Is a Bonus Book,” “While You Were Sleeping,” and “I Hear Your Voice.”

Actor Lee Jung-suk is a very gifted singer and dancer. He also pursues a modeling career on top of it!

While You Were Sleeping features him on two original songs, and he occasionally performs at fan events. He also contributed to Psy’s “New Face” in 2017.

  1. Kim Woo Bin

Born on July 16, 1989, Kim Woo Bin is a well-known actor and model from South Korea.

Woo Bin has always aspired to work in modeling. He made his runway debut in 2009 when he was 20 years old, opening the door for him to continue taking part in other fashion events including the Seoul Fashion Week.

The biggest bi-annual fashion event in South Korea, if you haven’t heard of Seoul Fashion Week, is hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and put on by The Seoul Design Foundation. If you visit the Dongdaemun design plaza during this event, you’ll probably see a famous model wearing some stunning clothing.

  1. Kim Soo Hyun

One of East Asia’s brightest talents is Soo-Hyun Kim. He portrayed a country bumpkin who turned out to be a musical prodigy in the teen drama “Dream High.” He rose to fame in South Korea as a result of the role.

His celebrity soared in 2012 after he portrayed the young king Lee Hwon in the television drama “Moon Embracing the Sun,” which garnered a peak recorded viewing rate of 42.2% and was dubbed a “national drama.”
