Lace must be intact and hair should not have been washed for wigs. You can not apply heat, styling products, or scents. Pictures with the lace in tact are necessary. Weft for bundles must not be worn, unravelled, or otherwise interfered with. Unlawful returns will not be accepted. We are never able to change or cancel an order once it has been delivered. Please do not reject parcels even if you no longer desire the hair, since we will not be able to provide a full refund if the box is rejected without first notifying our customer care.
