Return Policy:

Within 30 days of delivery, you can return our products for an exchange or refund. (including items on sale) Items must be returned with all tags still attached, in their original packaging, and without having been worn or washed. Products that don’t fit these requirements won’t be taken back. Once the “specials” are sold, we do not accept any requests for an exchange or return. We do not accept returns on earrings or hair clips due to hygienic concerns. After receiving your items, we process all refunds and exchanges within 6 business days. We won’t issue a refund if the customer returns the package and destroys it for their own reasons. The customer is responsible for reverse duties and return shipping.

 Damaged Items:

Please get in touch with us right away for support if you receive an item that is flawed or damaged. Additionally, when you request a return or exchange, please email us a picture of the issue or defect. Please provide your order number and a thorough description of the problem.
