We are so busy nowadays that finding some time for running has become a hard activity. Running every day has many health benefits. A study states that running just for 5 to 10 minutes a day can reduce the risk of death due to heart attack and many other common diseases.

On the other hand, the same study even states that running more than 4.5 hours a week can be hazardous as well. You need not run for more than one hour if you want to stay fit and fine. To start running is a highly intensive workout and overtraining can lead to injuries as well.

You should consult your trainer about the duration of your running. On the other hand, the duration of your running always depends upon your goals. While planning your running schedule, bear in mind to plan a day even for rest. Relaxing your body is even part of the training schedule.

Running every day is very beneficial for health. You should run approximately 60 miles every day at a moderate pace. Here are some of the major benefits of running every day.

Running during the morning is more beneficial than running during nights. Our body remains more active during the early morning compared to after a stressful day. So, if you are a new beginner then aim for running in the early morning.

There has always been a mixed opinion about this fact. Some trainers state that running every day can lead to injuries whereas, others state that running in moderation will bring no harm. But according to our opinion, it is always safe to avoid injuries by running excessively.

On the other hand, you can mix up your running days with cross training such as cycling and swimming. You can also avoid injuries by warming up before running. You can do some two sets of squats before you start. Above all, always train yourself to run in the proper form. It is the most important aspect of running. If you ever experience any running injuries then without any delay consult a doctor.

Just running for a few minutes, a day can bring a change in your overall health. Remember to take a rest day because your body is not a machine. Even elite runners take a day of rest every week. Furthermore, consult with your trainer and even doctor about your running schedule. They are the best people to recommend you about your fitness program.
