Forty-five years ago, my mother began to suffer from what would come to be called severe stress. All her life, she was vacuuming, dusting everywhere, and sucking her protestations in people’s throats. Finally, she’s [mere] 5ft 11in tall and plant-shaped. Several months ago, she’s [mere] 5ft 11in tall and suffered through a breakdown of her muscles and gave up the largely fruitless knitting activity. Recently, however, she’s relieved her childhood memories of raising her arm and smiling expectantly to meet the visitors. On the 100th day of her life, she’s looking forward to her coupon for a free holiday with my darling.

Is there any way to keep her safe? Can we afford not to buy her new favorite recurring magazine, ponytail holder, collections of hair clips and shawls, or let her stay home, enjoy nuru massage, and readjust to her new optimum?

I’ve been thinking about this problem and trying to find angiogenic cures for it for years. Here are my thoughts on the matter.

Just as we try to look good for as long as possible, most of us also try to look bright for as long as possible.

Yet, whatever of our happiness? Studies show that when we feel good about ourselves, we glow with self-confidence and our whole personalities change. Oxygen therapy can boost your overall metabolism, increasing energy levels and enhancing the radiance of your personality. Oxygen also promotes the production of natural beauty and radiance in your skin cells. The beauty molecule, Epidermis, is damaged by stress and insufficient oxygen supply, and its production decreases.

Factors affecting the oxygenation of the cells are sex, age, weight, mobility, classification, and culture. Sex is not only the physiological variable but also the cultural variable. Obesity, being pregnant, deficiencies in vitamin k, viral infections, and sinus congestion shorten the life span of your skin cells. In a way, you are making your cells less healthy. Oxygen therapy can counter this anti-aging process.

Aging is also another factor producing damage to your skin cells. As you age, the collagen level in your skin cells reduces, and you can lose elastin and collagen. The latter two are responsible for the skin firmness.

How does oxygen therapy benefit us?

As I gave you an idea of the benefits of oxygen therapy, here is another:

Oxygen also has a positive effect on our bodies in a general way. It works wonders on the heart, ensures you stay alive, and even helps you with breathing.

That is quite a lot, isn’t it?

You might have noticed that I am a smoker and a drinker. I also consume a lot of alcohol.

I know what I will say next – smoking and drinking are not suitable for your health, but oxygen therapy is.

I would like to share with you an interesting little piece of news. It has been scientifically proven that those who smoke and drink less than one drink a day are found to have consistently younger-looking, brighter skin, even in middle age.

How does it feel to know that it is now easier and less expensive to have radiant, glowing skin?

I feel and guess I feel younger. After all, looking younger means something to somebody.

If you would like to find out how oxygen therapy will benefit your skin, you can start reading about it in health magazines and read the many articles and short captions in beauty and health magazines.

I feel you are missing out!
