RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
Don’t return the item to the address shown on our website; instead, request the return address by contacting our customer service. Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be given. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the purchase.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have 14 days after receiving the merchandise to seek a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new and in the same state that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For the purpose of processing your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please call our customer service to double-check the address before mailing the package.
