I contacted customer service for assistance with the missing clips from my initial transaction. They gave prompt responses and were really kind and helpful. Free of charge, I am receiving a new halo. (A refund was also offered as an alternative to purchasing a new halo.) I was extremely happy with how kind and simple they were to talk to. My halo at the moment is lovely and suits my hair wonderfully.
