Processing of orders

With the exception of weekends and holidays, we process orders in 0–4 working days. Orders that are placed successfully will get an email confirmation containing the order information. Items of medium size

We will use one of numerous freight carriers to carry medium- to bulky items, such as home décor products, that cannot be sent by the United States Postal Service. You will be able to follow the progress of your things online once they have left the warehouse. Please be aware that the delivery dates listed on the carriers’ websites are simply estimations, and we accept no responsibility for items that are delivered after the scheduled time. The shipping address you provide when placing your order will be used to ship the items. Due to the inability of our shipping partners to deliver to a PO Box, we are unable to accept a PO Box as a mailing address for these products. For delivery, we advise you to include a street address.

Returns and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
