Meet Liliane Manegha, the company’s founder and CEO. Liliane has worked professionally in the beauty sector since she was a young child, which has always been her passion. Liliane immigrated to the United States in 2016 and began working in her sister’s hair salon while also being actively involved with her immediate family. Despite experiencing some financial instability at the time, Liliane was very upright and kept her attention on her career before making the audacious decision to improve her financial situation.
She continued to use her God-given skill to enhance her life and the lives of her family. She began styling hair for neighbours in her apartment, and as her clientele grew, she decided to take things a step further and open her own salon, which she did in the year 2020. Liliane didn’t stop there; in order to advance in her employment and become more professional, she continued her education and enrolled in a cosmology course, which she completed in April 2022. Liliane’s goal in the beauty industry is to constantly make people happy, feel good about themselves, and look beautiful.

So I purchased shampoo and balsam 11.0. Today is February 18th, and guess what? I sent two emails. just no updates or responses. It’s amusing. When they guess what occurs, you write the same thing: “You need to wait a little bit longer.” You are just making money off of those who believe you. Wonderful Why do you have time to respond to questions here but not to emails? I’d want to return my money and cancel my order.

On December 27th, I placed my order. A HE2593326 order number. They promised that it would be dispatched within 4 business days, so I sent them a message after 4 days. I knew I had to be patient since they told me they were busy. 19 days have passed with no shipment. Even though I have a lot of patience, this is taking a little too long. I hope to hear from them shortly. If you decide to order here, be patient. While shipping takes some time, I don’t believe the scent is false.

The website said the Dr. Gross LED mask I bought, which cost close to 350 euros, was in stock and would arrive in 2–3 days. I still haven’t received the item two weeks later, and neither Hairexpress nor I have any idea when I will. They have not responded to my three emails to them. This is a fraud, and I need my money back.
This business is just crap.
Avoid using this business at all costs; they offer things online that claim to be in stock and are quick to accept your money. But, I am still waiting for my purchase today (April 21, 2022), one month after placing it, and I have sent them multiple letters with just generic, useless responses. In order to stop this business from defrauding additional individuals, it is crucial to denounce it to the appropriate authorities. To alert others, it’s also a good idea to post a critical review on their website or social media accounts.
