• An email confirmation will be sent to the email address linked with your account once you have finished your order.
• Once your order has delivered, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen, however we do offer shipping insurance for your order! Please contact the shipping company directly if you are having problems tracking your package.

Delivery and Shipping:

• At checkout, you’ll choose your shipping option and see the exact fee for the service you choose.
• Orders of $130 or more receive free shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost.
• Orders delivered to the United States should arrive in 2 to 8 days.

No exchanges or returns are permitted.

Your item must be unopened and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
The item must be in its original packaging to be eligible.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; discount items are not.
Within two weeks of the holiday, refunds are not possible.
