PAYMENT

We run a normal authorization check on your payment card after receiving your order to make sure there are enough funds to complete the transaction. Once your card has been authorised, a charge will be made. The money deducted from your card will be treated as a deposit toward the cost of the items you want to buy. The funds paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of the goods you have purchased, as listed in the confirmation email, once the goods have been dispatched and you have received an email confirming it.

Order Cancellation Procedure

You have two hours from the time you place your order to respond to our order confirmation email or submit a cancellation request to support@shetory.com. You will receive a 70% refund of the total purchase price in this scenario. Please be aware that, because of our automated, real-time order fulfilment processes, the window of opportunity for cancellations or changes is very small. Therefore, we won’t be able to cancel your purchase if it has been placed for more than two hours or is in the “processing” or “shipping” stage.
