Policy of Return

Cancellation

Do not send anything back to the address provided on our website; instead, request the return address by contacting our customer care. Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. The order will be cancelled, and you will receive a complete refund. As soon as the goods are delivered, we are unable to cancel the purchase.

Returns (if applicable)

Products can be returned to us. Consumers have the option to request a return within 14 days of the product’s delivery. Your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packaging. We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return. Please check the address before sending the shipment by contacting customer care.

Items that were specially purchased or personalised are not eligible for a 14-day refund. The cost of shipping should be borne by the customer if the return is their fault. The particular cost should depend on the express business you select. The consumer is not responsible for paying the shipping price if the items received are incorrect or damaged due to our fault. Consumers should not be assessed a restocking fee when returning goods.

Where appropriate, refunds
