HOW SLIGHTLY SHOULD THE CAP ON THE TAP SYSTEM BE?
The tap system cap does not require metal-to-metal tightening in order to work and seal. Due to our unique design, the cap’s O-ring may fully seal with the keg fitting before becoming ironclad tight. In other words, you want the tap faucet to be placed at the end of the keg so that when you screw on the cap and the O-ring creates resistance, you are sealed.

Hawaii and Alaska are not included in the mainland United States’ free shipping policy. Products are delivered by UPS or USPS, and delivery times might change. You should anticipate receiving your package in 1 to 7 business days. Please email us at support@thesquarekeg.com if, after eight business days have passed since the day you made your purchase, you still haven’t received your shipment.
Worldwide Shipping:
Once a shipment arrives in your place of residence, import charges and taxes, including VAT, may apply to your order. These fees, if any, are your obligation as the buyer; SquareKeg is not liable for them. Orders placed from outside the US may take 8 to 20 business days to arrive. Please email us at support@thesquarekeg.com with your name and order number if, after 20 business days from the day you made your purchase, you still have not received your shipment.
